Welcome to the Temenos Retreat Center

Temenos is a place intentionally set apart from daily living where the nurturing spirit of nature and quiet aid in deep listening, transformation and renewal. It is a place of intimate connection and joyful community.

Temenos Conference and Retreat Center is nestled on 56 wooded acres in the beautiful Brandywine River Valley of historic Chester County, Pennsylvania. The Retreat Center and the Farm House are available for rental. We have overnight accomodations for up to 30 and meeting space for up to 75.

Foot trails meander through meadow and forest, following streams and deer trails. There are sites for moments of quiet meditation and appreciation as well as areas for nature programs, campfire and outdoor reflection.

Temenos is a meeting place for individuals, groups, families, and businesses. Special consideration is given to non-profit organizations.

Temenos also offers a variety of daytime and evening programs open to the public.
